Tom Fowler is a Canadian cartoonist and illustrator based in Ottawa. He drew the Monroe strip for MAD magazine and Mysterius the Unfathomable with Jeff Parker, then worked across the major superhero publishers: Venom and Hulk: Season One for Marvel, Green Arrow for DC, and Quantum and Woody for Valiant, whose universe he also drew for in the collections gathered here. He made his writing debut in 2016 on Oni Press's Rick and Morty comic, scripting the Head-Space and Big Game arcs, and works in advertising, film and game design alongside his comics.
