Talia Hibbert is a British romance novelist. She began self-publishing in 2017 and wrote the Ravenswood novels before moving to a trade publisher with the Brown Sisters trilogy — “Get a Life, Chloe Brown” (2019), “Take a Hint, Dani Brown” (2020) and “Act Your Age, Eve Brown” (2021) — which follows three sisters and became a word-of-mouth success. Her books make a point of putting Black British heroines, disabled and chronically ill characters and a range of body types at the centre of the story. “Get a Life, Chloe Brown” won the Ripped Bodice Award for Excellence in Romantic Fiction in 2019, and “Highly Suspicious and Unfairly Cute” (2023) is her first novel for young adults.
