Ryōko Fukuyama is a Japanese manga artist, born on 5 January 1977 in Wakayama Prefecture. A graduate of Chūō University, she made her debut with the publisher Hakusensha after winning a newcomer award from the magazine Hana to Yume. She is best known for Nosatsu Junkie and for Fukumenkei Noise, published in English as Anonymous Noise and adapted into an anime television series in 2017. Her more recent series appears in French from Vega Dupuis under the title 36000 seconds in a day.
