Rebecca Ross

Rebecca Ross is an American novelist of fantasy for teenagers and adults. A graduate in English of the University of Georgia, she lives in the Appalachian foothills of north-east Georgia. She began her first novel in 2015 and signed a three-book contract with HarperCollins the same year; "The Queen's Rising" appeared in 2018 and was followed by "The Queen's Resistance". She then published the standalone "Dreams Lie Beneath" and "Sisters of Sword & Song", the Elements of Cadence duology "A River Enchanted" and "A Fire Endless", and the Letters of Enchantment duology "Divine Rivals" and "Ruthless Vows", which won the Goodreads Choice Award for best young adult fantasy in 2023 and 2024. "Divine Rivals" was also a Locus Award finalist in 2024.
