French journalist, comics writer, editor and biographer, born in 1962 in Neuilly-sur-Seine. He has worked for Dupuis, Casterman, Dargaud and Les Humanoïdes associés. With the artist Catel Muller he writes a sequence of graphic biographies of women: "Kiki de Montparnasse" in 2007, "Olympe de Gouges" in 2012, "Joséphine Baker" in 2016 and "Alice Guy" in 2021. He has also written prose biographies of the film-makers Henri-Georges Clouzot and Georges Lautner, and of the comics writer René Goscinny. "Kiki de Montparnasse" won him the Grand Prix RTL de la bande dessinée in 2007.
