David Goggins (born 1975 in Buffalo, New York) is a retired US Navy SEAL and ultra-endurance athlete. He is the only member of the US armed forces to have completed Navy SEAL training, Army Ranger School and Air Force Tactical Air Control Party training, and he served in the Iraq War. He has run dozens of ultramarathons and once held the Guinness record for pull-ups in 24 hours. His memoir Can't Hurt Me (2018) and its sequel Never Finished (2022), both self-published, became bestsellers.
