Bruno Pellegrino

Bruno Pellegrino is a Swiss French-language writer, born on 19 August 1988 in Morges and based in Lausanne. He studied literature and political science, and in 2012 co-founded the AJAR writing collective, with which he signed “Vivre près des tilleuls” (2016); his short story “L’idiot du village” won the 2011 Prix du Jeune Écrivain. He publishes with Éditions Zoé: “Comme Atlas” (2015), the novel “Là-bas, août est un mois d’automne” (2018), inspired by the Vaudois poet Gustave Roud and his sister Madeleine, “Dans la ville provisoire” (2021, Prix Michel-Dentan) and “Tortues” (2023). With Aude Seigne and Daniel Vuataz he wrote the serial novel “Stand-by” (Zoé, 2018-2019). His work is translated into German and Italian.
