Edwin Giles Fulton was a Canadian-American businessperson and cookbook writer. A Seventh-day Adventist, he wrote Vegetarian Cook Book: Substitutes for Flesh Foods (1904) and operated vegetarian restaurants, hospitals, and sanitariums in the United States.
