William Vance, born William van Cutsem (Anderlecht, 1935 — Santander, 2018), was a Belgian comics artist. He drew Howard Flynn, Ringo, Bob Morane with Henri Vernes and Bruno Brazil with Greg, then Ramiro with Jacques Stoquart, Bruce J. Hawker and Marshal Blueberry to a script by Jean Giraud. He is best known for XIII, the thriller series he created in 1984 with Jean Van Hamme and drew for nineteen volumes, published in English by Cinebook.
