Sharad Devarajan is an American comics publisher and producer, born in New York in 1975. A graduate of Syracuse University and of Columbia Business School, where he also teaches as an adjunct professor, he co-founded Liquid Comics and then Graphic India, of which he is chief executive. He produced Spider-Man: India for Marvel in 2004, and has since developed characters and series with Stan Lee, among them Chakra the Invincible, and with Grant Morrison, whose 18 Days he publishes.
