Jason Latour is an American comics writer and artist, born in Charlotte, North Carolina, on 29 August 1977. He drew Wolverine, Winter Soldier and Django Unchained for Marvel and DC before co-creating, in 2014, two series that made his name: Southern Bastards, written with Jason Aaron for Image Comics, and Spider-Gwen, created with the artist Robbi Rodriguez, which he wrote from 2015. In 2015 the National Cartoonists Society gave him its award for best comic book artist. He later worked as a production consultant on the animated features Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse and Across the Spider-Verse.
