Keith Martin

Keith Martin is the pen name under which the British author Carl Sargent (1952-2018) wrote gamebooks in the Fighting Fantasy series published by Puffin. Between 1988 and 1995 he signed seven of them: Stealer of Souls, Vault of the Vampire, Master of Chaos, Tower of Destruction, Island of the Undead, Night Dragon and Revenge of the Vampire, several of which were translated into French by Gallimard in the Defis Fantastiques collection. Under his own name, Sargent also wrote extensively for the Dungeons & Dragons, Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay and Shadowrun roleplaying games.
