Kate Quinn

Kate Quinn is an American author of historical fiction, born and raised in Long Beach, California. A graduate of Boston University in classical voice, she made her debut with Mistress of Rome (2010) and went on to write four other novels set in the Empress of Rome Saga and two in the Italian Renaissance before turning to twentieth-century subjects. The Alice Network (2017), The Huntress, The Rose Code, The Diamond Eye and The Briar Club have all been New York Times bestsellers. Her novels focus on women's underrepresented roles in history. She lives in Maryland.
