Jennifer Niven is an American writer, born on 2 April 1968 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She published two memoirs and popular history books before turning to fiction, including “The Ice Master” (2000) and “Ada Blackjack” (2003). She is best known for the young-adult novel “All the Bright Places” (2015), a bestselling story of two teenagers who meet on the edge of a bell tower; it was adapted into a Netflix film in 2020. She also wrote “Holding Up the Universe” (2016) and “Breathless” (2020).
