Charlie Adlard, born on 4 August 1966 in Shrewsbury, is a British comics artist. He is best known for The Walking Dead, Robert Kirkman's series, which he drew from issue #7 in 2004 through to its conclusion — his black-and-white line accompanies almost the whole of its run. He has also drawn Judge Dredd and Savage for the weekly 2000 AD, and The X-Files for Topps Comics. He received an Inkpot Award in 2012.
