Stéphane Audeguy, born in Tours in 1964, is a French novelist. His first novel, La Théorie des nuages (Gallimard, 2005), won the Prix Maurice-Genevoix; Fils unique (2006) took the Prix des Deux Magots, and was followed by Nous autres (2009) and Rom@ (2011). Now published by Le Seuil, he has written Histoire du lion Personne (2016, Prix Wepler), Une mère (2017), Dejima (2022) and L'Avenir (2025).
