Robert Rodi

Robert Rodi is an American novelist, playwright and comics writer, born in Chicago in 1956, where he still lives. His novels, most of them set in the city and centred on gay lives, began with Fag Hag (1991), translated into French, German, Italian and Japanese, and continued with Closet Case, Kept Boy, When You Were Me and Baby; he has also published the travel memoir Seven Seasons in Siena. In comics he created the series Codename: Knockout (2001-2003) and wrote for Marvel — Elektra, Identity Disc, Loki (2004), Thor: For Asgard — as well as Merry Men (2018).
