Mark Manson

American self-help author, blogger and entrepreneur, born in 1984 and raised in Austin, Texas. Manson graduated from Boston University in international relations and has been writing about relationships, personal growth and emotional life on markmanson.net since 2007. His breakthrough book The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck (2016) was a #1 New York Times bestseller and has sold more than fifteen million copies. He is also the author of Models: Attract Women Through Honesty (2011), Everything Is F*cked: A Book About Hope (2019) and, with Will Smith, the memoir Will (2021). His work has been translated into more than sixty languages, and a feature-length documentary about his ideas was released by Universal Pictures in 2023.
