Kiley Reid

Kiley Reid (born 1987 in Los Angeles) is an American novelist. A graduate of the Iowa Writers' Workshop, she published her first novel, Such a Fun Age, in 2019 with G. P. Putnam's Sons; it was longlisted for the 2020 Booker Prize and picked by Reese's Book Club. Her second novel, Come and Get It, appeared in 2024. Both books deal with race, class and money in contemporary America, the first around a young Black babysitter in Philadelphia, the second on a Southern university campus. She teaches at the University of Michigan.
