Simon Furman (born 1961) is a British comics writer, best known for three decades of Transformers stories. He started at Marvel UK in the mid-1980s, writing the British Transformers weekly and later the American series, and returned to the property for Dreamwave and then IDW Publishing. With the artist Geoff Senior he co-created the bounty hunter Death's Head, and he has also written Dragon's Claws, Alpha Flight and Transformers: Generation 2.
