Devney Perry is an American romance novelist, born and raised in Montana and now living in Washington State with her husband and two sons. She spent close to a decade in the technology industry before turning to fiction, and has since published more than fifty novels, most of them contemporary romances set in small-town Montana — among them the Jamison Valley, Lark Cove, Maysen Jar and Clifton Forge (Tin Gypsy) series. She also writes contemporary romance under the pen name Willa Nash. She has since moved into romantic fantasy with the Shield of Sparrows trilogy, whose second volume, “Rites of the Starling”, appeared in April 2026.
