Cynan Jones is a Welsh writer, who lives and works in Ceredigion. Jones published his first novel, The Long Dry, in 2006. In 2010 he published Le Cose Che Non Vogliamo Più in Italian. Since then, he has published four novels, Everything I Found on the Beach (2011), Bird, Blood, Snow (2012), The Dig (2014), and Cove (2016) and a collection of linked short stories, Stillicide (2019). He has also written a collection of children's stories and episodes of the television series Hinterland.
